Top Golf Swing Suites

Located steps from the gaming floor and food hall inside Fox Tower Resort Casino, Topgolf Swing Suite brings entertainment, dining, nightlife, and play together in one dynamic destination. ZDS combined two existing retail spaces to create a high-energy barcade experience featuring Topgolf Swing Suite bays, vintage arcade games, a custom bar with integrated gaming, VIP lounge areas, and an open display specialty pizza kitchen. By reusing an existing mezzanine, the design also introduced a DJ booth above the backlit glass bar, adding another layer of energy and atmosphere to the space.

The interior blends existing architectural elements with new material moments, including portions of the original glass curtain wall and floor finishes, perforated metal screens, wood and glass feature walls, and drink rails overlooking the casino floor.

Completed in January 2019, the project transforms underused retail space into an immersive entertainment venue that feels social, active, and fully connected to the rhythm of the resort.
