ZDS Architecture is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to lead projects from concept through construction. This role requires strong design, technical, and client management skills, with the ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects through all phases
- Coordinate consultants and project teams
- Prepare and review construction documents
- Manage client communication and presentations
- Mentor junior staff and designers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect preferred
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Strong Revit proficiency
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Architectural Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to support project teams in developing innovative architectural solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work on commercial, hospitality, residential, and historic rehabilitation projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with design development and documentation
- Create renderings, presentations, and design studies
- Produce construction drawings and details
- Participate in client and consultant meetings
- Support project teams throughout all phases
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture
- 2-5 years of professional experience
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong graphic and presentation skills
