Parcel 6

Positioned as a gateway to new development in the area, the complex is anchored by three buildings and supported by a two-level parking deck. Two mixed-use structures define the western edge of the site, bringing 10,000 square feet of commercial and retail space to the ground level with 62 residential units above.

On the eastern portion of the site, a 13,000-square-foot urban supermarket introduces a much-needed neighborhood resource, supported by convenient parking and strong connectivity within the surrounding district.

Completed in 2023 in collaboration with Truth Box Architects and D&P Real Estate, Parcel 6 contributes to the growth of a more active, walkable, and connected urban environment. The result is a thoughtful mixed-use development that brings housing, retail, food access, and momentum to one of Providence’s most important emerging districts.
