Early plans for the redevelopment of the Ann & Hope mill complex on Ann & Hope Way call for mostly residential units with a bit of commercial sprinkled in, town officials have revealed. The Town Council’s ordinance subcommittee on Monday heard some preliminary information on the plan as they began to consider ordinances making way for the project.
