Providence Design Panel Delays Waivers for Fox Point Project

PROVIDENCE — Although members said they were happy with the overall design, the Downtown Design Review Committee ended up delaying action Monday on a proposed new five-story mixed-use building at the intersection of Tockwotton and South Water streets, in Fox Point, near Route 195, Al Forno restaurant, Whiskey Republic and Milk Money.
